What is IMS?

IMS (also known as hall sport) is a sports programme ran by the university for students in and affiliated to halls. It's a great way to make friends, relieve stress, and keep fit. It consists of a variety of leagues and one-day events (ODE's). With over 90 league fixtures a week and 20 one day events every year, there's a sport for everyone!

What leagues can I take part in?

Mixed: Badminton, Tennis, Squash, Volleyball

Men & Women: Basketball, Football, and Hockey

Men's: Futsal and Rugby

Women's: Netball

What ODE's can I take part in?

Mixed: Beach Volleyball, Dodgeball, handball, Wheelchair-Basketball, Rowing, Cross country, Ultimate Frisbee, Athletics, Cricket

Men & Women: Swiming, Waterpolo, and Table Tennis

Men's: Rugby 7's

Women's: Touch Rugby
